Pat fish dry with paper towels. Cut into 4 serving size pieces. Place fish, skin side down, on the greased, unheated rack of a broiler pan, turning under any thin edges.
Broil about 4-inches from the heat for 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard and seasoning. Spread mustard mixture over fish. Broil for 1-2 minutes more until mustard mixture is lightly browned.
